Disabled in Tech

Disabled in Tech was a panel discussion around the experience of leaders who identify as being disabled. There is an overwhelming lack of representation & diversification from the disabled community in tech leadership. To get a better perspective on these issues, we’ll ask panelists to share their personal experiences and ask how they are enacting change in their organizations and the industry at large. This session will be thought-provoking and educational in a way that we hope will help to encourage people with disabilities who want to pursue leadership roles within their organizations.
